RETURNS

Have confidence in ordering with Little Feet Toys. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you  MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PRODUCT, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt, for full refund, as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging. In the event that you need to return a product, PLEASE contact us for return instructions, within the first 5 days. Returns on items must be received within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.

WARRANTIES

All items are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Shoreline Designs.  Little Feet Toys is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are RETURNED DEFECTIVE within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Little Feet Toys at no charge.

SHIPPING & HANDLING RATES 

        $0  -  $10.00  = $5.00 Shipping Fee

$10.01  -  $15.00 = $8.00 Shipping Fee

$15.01  -  $25.00 = $10.00 Shipping Fee

$25.01  -  $75.00 = $15.00 Shipping Fee

$75.01- $99.99 = $20.00 Shipping Fee

$100.00 and $149.99 =  $35.00 Shipping Fee

$150 and Higher = FREE SHIPPING 

SHIPPING TIME

We try our best to get your order out immediately.  It may be shipped with 24 hours from the time the order is received, but the general rule is that orders, in stock, may be shipped within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS or Fed Ex and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS and Fed Ex Zone (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed). Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color or style or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are back ordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.

If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations.

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada please contact us before ordering so that shipping can be calculated correctly.  

TAXES

Little Feet Toys does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of California! If you order within the state of California, you will be charged an additional 8.25% for sales tax.

BACKORDERS

In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order. CANCELLATIONS Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email surport@littlefeettoys.com to cancel an order.
